2.9. Diagnostics of malfunctions of the forward bridge
The noise published by forward wheels of the car take place
Noise of tires. Check whether there correspond tires on a standard size nominal for this car.
Fastening of a disk on a nave weakened. Check a condition of a rim, a nave of a wheel, hairpins and nuts of fastening of a wheel. Tighten fixture, or replace defective components.
Balancing of a wheel is broken, or will bend a disk. Balance a wheel, or replace a disk.
Bearings of a forward nave are faulty, or their adjustment is broken. Modify a pretightness of bearings, or replace them.
Bearings of assembly of a rotary fist are worn-out or damaged, or their adjustment is broken. Check, in case of need replace bearings.
The hinge of equal angular speeds (HEAS) of a power shaft of a forward wheel is worn-out or damaged. Check, in case of need replace a power shaft.

The noise published by the bearing of a forward nave are shown in the form of rumble at rotation separately of one wheel. The noise published by the main transfer take place
Fastening of the driveshaft weakened or the cardan hinge is worn-out. Tighten fixture or replace the hinge.
Level of the greasing liquid fell. Whether check there are no traces oil leak, at detection of those remove the cause. Add oil of the required grade.
The nut of a flange of the leading gear wheel of the main transfer weakened. Grease a nut with sealant and tighten with the required effort.
Components of the main transfer are worn-out or damaged. Execute capital repairs of the main transfer.
The shaft of the leading gear wheel rotates, and the forward wheel does not
Are not entered into gearing or naves with the switched-off drive are faulty. Check serviceability of functioning of naves with the switched-off drive, execute necessary repair, or make replacement.
The power shaft, or the CV JOINT is damaged. Check, replace assembly of a shaft.
Bolts of the koronchaty (conducted) gear wheel of the main transfer are cut off. Remove assembly of the main transfer and replace bolts.
Differential gear wheels are damaged. Execute capital repairs of the main transfer.

Remove power shafts and check their state. If it is necessary, remove assembly of the main transfer and execute its capital repairs. Track care of removal from a case of the bridge of foreign particles and metal sawdust. |
There is a loss of the greasing liquid
| The epiploon of the leading gear wheel of the main transfer is faulty. Check (see an accompanying illustration). Replace an epiploon, check a condition of a contact surface of a flange. |
The epiploon of a power shaft is faulty. Remove a power shaft and replace an epiploon.
Leak through laying of a case of the main transfer takes place. Remove assembly of the main transfer and replace laying.
Leak happens through a time or cracks in a case of the main transfer. Execute necessary repair, or replace a case.
