10. Coupling
On models with RKPP one-disk coupling is applied. The nave of the conducted disk is equipped with vents and freely moves to them on vents on a pin of a main shaft of the transmission. The assembly of a basket of coupling of a pribolchen equipped with a press disk with a diaphragm spring to an engine flywheel.
The conducted disk is clamped between a press disk and a flywheel, perceiving rotation from the last and betraying it on a main shaft of transmission.
Between a nave of the conducted disk and its working part equipped with frictional plates the damping springs softening process of rotation perception are established.
The pedal of coupling influences the main cylinder which, in turn, gives the hydraulic pressure upon the executive cylinder. At the same time there is a turn of the lever of switching off of coupling and shift of the release bearing. The release bearing, moving creates pressing an internal part of petals of a diaphragm spring, pushing them towards a flywheel. The outer edges of petals of a spring at the same time are curved, pushing away the conducted disk from a flywheel and switching off thereby coupling.
On models of 4.2 l between a pedal of coupling and the main cylinder the servo-driver block is installed that allows to reduce effort, necessary for coupling switching off, to a pedal. Working depression on the servo-driver moves from the inlet pipeline.
Assembly of the valve and pusher of the block of the servo-driver are put on one axis that in case of loss of depression allows coupling to function directly from a pusher.
The piston of the executive cylinder is sprung towards the switching off lever that provides compensation of wear of frictional overlays of the conducted disk due to automatic deepening of the piston in the cylinder.
