13:12. Removal and installation of a front grille

The order of performing procedures of removal and installation of a front grille is identical to all cars of models. Below procedures for models Hardtop and the Versatile person are described. |
Removal
|
|
- Lift a cowl and record it an emphasis.
- Give screws of fastening of the combined lamps to the car front panel. Remove lamps, previously having disconnected from them an electrical wiring.
|
|
- The screw-driver turn clamps on a quarter of a turn (are shown by shooters on accompanying illustrations (Utiliti (Van) and the Mini-truck) and (Hardtop and the Versatile person)).

- Slightly incline a front grille forward, then pull it for removal up.
|
|
|
|
On some cars perhaps previously it is necessary to remove a frame of a skotootboynik (depending on its design). |
Installation
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
- For extraction of clamps from the panel of a front squeeze them and turn on a quarter of a turn.
- Insert clamps into square openings in a lattice, turning them then.
- Establish a front grille on the lower reference points and push it for a zashchelkivaniye of clamps in the ancestor's panel back.
- On models Hardtop and the Versatile person establish the combined lamps, having strongly tightened screws of their fastening.
