Removal and installation

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Lead round a marker of a plate of loops. Ask the assistant to support a door in the slightly opened situation and give bolts of fastening it to the case (see an accompanying illustration). 1 — a loop 2 — bolts Disconnect chains from the party of panels turned to the car and remove a back door.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Track that loops were established according to the landing tags put in the course of dismantle. Strongly tighten fixing bolts of loops.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Weaken bolts of fastening of loops of a door of a back to a body of the car and lift or lower (as necessary) a door so that its upper edge appeared level with the side panel of a body. Also check gap size between bottom edge of a door and the lower body panel has identical width on all the length, and drummers of latches are located on the center of lock loops (see an accompanying illustration). 1 — a back door 2 — a bolt 3 — the handle 4 — a lock loop 5 — the drummer Strongly tighten bolts of fastening of loops.
