6.2.3. Service of system of absorption of air
Removal, installation and service of the filtering air cleaner element
Service of an element
The procedure is in detail described in the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance.
Removal and installation
Removal
|
|
- Disconnect an electrical wiring from the measuring instrument of an air stream.
- Release clips of fastening of the top part of the case of the air cleaner to lower.
- Weaken collars and disconnect a measuring instrument air duct sleeve from an air stream.
- Remove the top half of the case of the air cleaner and take the filtering element.
- Give fixing nuts and remove the lower half of the case of the air cleaner from the car.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down. After completion of installation of all components start the engine and check it for existence of leak of air.
Removal and installation of an air duct
Removal

|
- Weaken collars of fastening of an air duct to the measuring instrument of an air stream and the case of a throttle.
- Give a bolt(s) of fastening of the muffler on a cover of a head of cylinders.
- Mark and disconnect hoses from the muffler.
- Remove assembly of an air duct with the muffler from the car.
- In case of need weaken a collar and disconnect an air duct sleeve from the muffler.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down. Track that the arrow on an air duct sleeve at installation was combined with a dot tag on the muffler.
Removal and installation of the case of a throttle
Removal

- Remove an air duct.
- Disconnect a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve from draft on the throttle case.
- Merge cooling liquid, having lowered its level lower than the level of an arrangement of the case of a throttle.
- Disconnect cooling hoses from the throttle case.
from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS) and the sensor switch of idling (the arrangement of the case of a throttle and the accompanying components is shown on an accompanying illustration).
- Disconnect a vacuum hose from the throttle case.
- Give fixing bolts, remove the throttle case with laying from the delivery camera and take it from the car.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
- Do not forget to remove carefully all traces of material of old laying from the interfaced surfaces of the delivery camera and case of a throttle. If in the case of a throttle traces of coal deposits are found, remove them by means of special structure for cleaning of carburetors. Try not to allow hits of the cleaning liquid on electric components and on a spindle.
- Before installing the case of throttles, make sure of correctness of placement of laying.
- You make tightening of bolts evenly, in a diagonal order, trying to obtain at the last stage of the required effort.
- Add cooling liquid in the cooling system.
- Execute TPS check, in case of need make its adjustment.
- Adjust a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve.
- Start the engine and check it for air leak.

- Disconnect the cable core from draft on the throttle case.
- Weaken an adjusting nut and release a cable cover from an arm.
- In interior of the car hook the plastic plug of a cable and take it from the top part of the lever of the accelerator pedal. Release the cable core from the lever.
- Give bolts of fastening of an arm of a cable.
- Involve a cable through a partition of a motive compartment in interior of the car.
- Check a cable and its cover for existence of signs of wear, a peg and other damages. In case of need replace a cable.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down.

- At installation avoid twisting of a cable and excessively do not bend it in order to avoid education a peg.
- Track correctness of landing of the plastic plug of a cable in the accelerator pedal lever.

Adjustment
|
|
- Make sure that manual gas is completely released.
- Ask the assistant to squeeze out the accelerator pedal completely.
- In a motive compartment, rotating an adjusting nut, achieve installation of a butterfly valve in completely open situation. Strongly tighten an adjusting nut.
- Release the accelerator pedal and make sure that the gate was completely closed, and the pedal has a free wheeling about 1 ÷ of 3 mm. Also the cable core on the throttle case has to have a small weak point. In case of need repeat adjustment.
