5.6. Panel and drive of management of a heater and conditioner of air
General description
Management of a heater is made by four adjustments allowing to achieve comfortable air temperature in interior of the car.
The control lever allows to establish by supply of fresh air one of two operating modes of a heater - the mode of suction of external air and the mode of recirculation of air. The mode of recirculation assumes use of the fan of a heater and joins usually in the conditions of strongly dusty area or for the purpose of bystry warming up of interior of the car. Inclusion of the mode of supply of fresh air allows to air quickly salon, or to remove condensate from windows.
The lever of switching of the direction of a stream allows to direct heated-up air to a floor of salon, to a windshield or nozzles of the dashboard. The lever has two stationary situation which choice can be operated air temperature, leaving from located on a floor snuffled in relation to temperature of the stream given through dashboard nozzles.
The control lever temperature allows to change position of the gates directing to air or through the heater heat exchanger (in the NOTES mode (Hot)), or about its round (in the COLD mode (Cold)). The maximum intensity of work of a heater is reached only at the engine which is warmed up up to the normal working temperature.
The control lever the fan allows to make inclusion/switching off of the last and to choose the desirable speed of its rotation.
On the models equipped with the conditioner of air the similar control panel with the additional button of inclusion/switching off of the conditioner is used. The button is equipped with a control lamp which joins along with turning on of the conditioner.
Use of the conditioner is possible only at the working engine as the compressor is put in action from the engine by means of the belt drive.
Turning on of the conditioner at the control lever established in the provision of NOTES provides with a heater giving in salon of the dehydrated air which in particular allows to remove quickly condensate from car windows.
The maximum intensity of cooling of the air given to salon is reached when translating a control lever by temperature in the minimum situation (COLD). In order to avoid frosting of the evaporator in this mode it is necessary to turn on surely the heater fan on the maximum turns.
In cold season it is necessary to start the conditioner of air for a short time (about ten minutes) at least once a month. Such regular inclusions will allow to avoid drying of sealing laying and, as a result, failure of air conditioning system.
